Artifacts
Assessment Instrument
Students completed a electronic version of the survey at the end of the semester. Below is the word document that students received.
Data
Data was collected and input into SPSS file. It is difficult to provide artifact for this because an SPSS file is hard to insert here. Therefore, I obtained a screenshot of part of the dataset along with the demographic information.

Findings
Self-directed learning readiness was found to significantly predict final grades, exam scores, and quiz score. Readiness of self-directed learning was not a significant predictor of lab assignment grades and in-class reading quiz scores. The significant relationships are reported below.
A simple linear regression was calculated to predict final grade based on self-directed learning readiness. A significant regression equation was found (F (1,37) = 5.31, p= .027), with an R square of 0.125.
A simple linear regression was calculated to predict total exam score based on self-directed learning readiness. A significant regression equation was found (F (1,37) = 6.79, p= .013), with an R square of 0.155.
A simple linear regression was calculated to predict quiz score based on self-directed learning readiness. A significant regression equation was found (F (1,37) = 4.43, p= .042), with an R square of 0.107.
